The opposite of a feed.

Most social apps want your attention. Igodo wants you out the door. No feeds to perform for, no streaks, no swiping. Just real, curated plans and a few people chosen because you are likely to click.

A connect is a curated plan: a few people around something simple. A walk, a long lunch, a board game, a gallery. You see who is curating it, how it fits the way you like to spend time with people, and exactly enough to decide. Then you go.

That is the whole product. If it works, you need it less over time, because the people you meet become yours.

The Igodo home screen

How it works.

You can join the connects others create, or bring people together yourself.

Answer a few questions.

Not a test. Your answers place you among a handful of social styles, based on how you like to spend time with others. The connects and people you see are the ones that fit yours.

A social style result in Igodo

Join or curate a connect.

A handful of people, a set time, a public place. The exact address opens once you are in.

A connect in Igodo

See them again.

If a connect was good, the people from it stay easy to find.

The house rules.

  • Show up. If you say you are coming, be there, and tell the circle early if that changes.
  • Be open and kind. Everyone is a stranger making the same leap, so make room for them.
  • Look after each other. Meet somewhere public, and you choose what you share.

First Light

Igodo opens in London with a founding circle. As the first connects shape what it becomes, founding members carry the First Light mark, permanently: the quiet sign you were here before everyone.

Curate the first connects.

You bring something you'd want to do anyway, and a warm welcome. Igodo finds the right people to share it.

Join the first connects.

You bring yourself and a yes. Igodo finds you the people and connects worth showing up for.

We are more digitally connected than ever, yet more socially disconnected. Let's change that.

To start, I would like to
